Hello Electricfriend. Welcome aboard. It's all fairly new here so a little bit quiet at the moment but feel free to tell your friends about the site and anyone else you may know who owns or is thinking about coming over to the "dark side" of motoring. How long have you had your Zoe and is it...

Guilty as charged. Danny aka Capt PPRuNe. Did we ever meet at a PPRuNe bash? I took voluntary severance back in October last year as I was due to retire in February anyway. This is just a small project I started after I got my Corsa-e. I could see that there is a lot of potential for this kind...

Hi there and welcome to the forum. A bit quiet in these early days but I'm hopeful that it will pick up at some stage. I love the I-Pace but it was a bit too expensive for me for what it could offer. Having owned Jaguar XF's for the previous 10 years I took the plunge for a small city car in...

It certainly is nice being able to keep topped up all the time. What’s the charging infrastructure like dunnunda? Could you drive, for example, from Sydney or Melbourne to Perth in an EV?

EV Charger Pitfalls and Observations from an Electrician

Very neat. What’s going to happen when that vine is in full leaf in the summer and the tendrils start to wrap around it? I got my PodPoint with the car and it’s inside the garage. Not impressed nor unimpressed with it. It will regulate voltage if total house consumption ever reaches limits but...

    New Octopus Tariffs?

Ah, OK. That makes more sense for Agile in summer. I don't have any pv. I just need better rate for EV charging.

    New Octopus Tariffs?

    Have you got solar panels/batteries?

    New Octopus Tariffs?

Yes, I saw that. I'm still waiting for my smart meter installation. Just been advised that they're installing on 10th March. So a couple of weeks after that I should hopefully go 'live' and will be able to get on to one of the Go Faster tariffs. Have you considered the Agile tariff?

Same as the battery on my Corsa-e. I work out range based on usable battery which is 47kWh on mine. In summer I was getting around 4.5 miles/kWh around town which is just over 210 miles. On motorway at 65mph I was getting 3.6 miles/kWh. That didn’t seem to change between summer or winter...

Welcome Toppo. Looking forward to hearing about your experience with an all-electric van. I am seeing many more of them on the road now. The local Amazon depot here in Ipswich uses a whole fleet of electric transits (I think). Not sure the of the range but it needs slightly different planning...

It’s not that link. The update is not charged for. I got it from somewhere on the PSA Group website. It’s another fairly large download as the update is for all models in the group.

    Hello members of eeVeeWorld

Looks like there's been another System update since I did mine. I'll have to try and find where I got the update from for the latest one. Mine is 42.03.31.32_NAC-r0 dated 29-07-2020. If I can find the link for the download, I'll post it here.

    Hello members of eeVeeWorld

Hi. I’ve had my Voltaic blue Corsa-e since July last year. I’ve done about 3,700 miles so far. i love driving it. These days, or at least until the latest lock-down, I was mostly doing school runs and local driving around town, usually around 25-35 miles a day. in the summer, around town I was...
